We would be happy to draw up a cooperation agreement between your company and the Max Grundig Klinik. To do so, we kindly ask you to provide us with the following information:

• Contact person in your company for queries and organisational coordination
• Billing address of your company
• List of your employees who are entitled to use our check-ups, including the intended frequency (e.g. annually, every two years, etc.)
• Completed offer page with the examination packages intended for your employees

• Appointments are arranged by the employee by phone at +49 7226 54-400 or by email at medizin@max-grundig-klinik.de.
• Please provide the employee’s name and the company name when registering.
• Ideally, several suggested appointment dates should be provided. Please allow a lead time of 8–10 weeks, as this facilitates the scheduling process.
• As a rule, all appointments take place on a single day. When booking the additional examinations (Balance, Mind), appointments may be spread across several days.
• Appointment confirmation is sent directly to the employee by email.

• Please arrive fasting for your appointment.
• We recommend comfortable clothing that is easy to put on and take off.
• Parking is available for a fee directly on the clinic grounds.
• Please report directly to the Internal Medicine secretariat upon arrival.
