Men’s Health

Life expectancy for men in Germany is almost five years lower than for women. Fewer than half of men regularly participate in health screenings or cancer early detection examinations. Even when their wellbeing is significantly impaired by a severely weakened urinary stream or lack of potency, men rarely seek help. Yet holistic preventive care is also the best therapy for men.

Men have it tough, take it easy...

… especially when it comes to their own health.

From what age should men have preventive check-ups?

From the age of 45, every man is entitled to a preventive examination with a urologist. For men with a family history of prostate cancer, an annual check-up is strongly recommended from the age of 40.

Why should you take preventive action?

  • Loss of potency
  • Cardiovascular conditions
  • Nocturnal urge to urinate
  • Kidney stones
  • Cancer screening

  • The basis of every check-up is the collection of your medical history, as well as a thorough physical examination, to determine your individual needs.
