Biofeedback

Biofeedback is a scientifically grounded method that helps individuals consciously perceive and deliberately influence physiological processes. Utilizing modern measurement technology, processes such as breathing, muscle tension, or heart rate are made visible. In this way, patients learn to recognize stress responses early on and to sustainably strengthen their physical and mental balance.
