Specialized ultrasound examination for the diagnosis of circulatory disorders of the renal arteries, particularly in cases of suspected renovascular hypertension.

24-hour blood pressure monitoring for the diagnosis and optimization of therapy for hypertension, particularly in cases of hypertension associated with renal disease.

Targeted diagnostics of complex metabolic alterations to identify the underlying cause and initiate individualized therapy.

Specific laboratory investigations for the evaluation of immunologically mediated kidney diseases, such as vasculitides or systemic autoimmune diseases.

Individually tailored nutritional plans designed to alleviate kidney function and support therapy for chronic kidney diseases, in cooperation with our nutritional counseling service.

Targeted tissue sampling for the histological confirmation of unclear renal diseases and for differentiated treatment planning. The procedure is performed in cooperation with the Department of Nephrology at the Städtisches Klinikum Karlsruhe or the University Medical Center Freiburg.

Close collaboration with Cardiology, Angiology, Endocrinology/Diabetology, and other medical disciplines to provide holistic treatment for complex medical conditions involving renal involvement.
